You can return your order within 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 5 working days of receiving the return shipment.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that products such as skin-contact clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics, creams, or oils cannot be returned.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Contact us and we will send you the return form
Step 2: Send your order
Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 business days.
Please note that discounted products cannot be returned as sale collections cannot be returned!
